Principle of Operation :

The upper part of the super CS structure carries Sysmetric's batch type CD dosind unit.
The CD unit prepares different mixtures of up to six ingredients.
Each mixture is diverted into a specific mixing hopper through the rotational distributor.
The gravimetric coloring units adds colors to the mixtures as required.
Mixing hoppers creates homogenous mixtures and the vacuum loading system conveys the prepared batch to the production lines.
