ABC
(Advanced Bubble Control)

Fully automatic IBC and cage control

Principle of Operation:

The basic IBC (Internal Bubble Cooling) operation is to synchronize the volume of cold air, pumped into the bubble, with the volume of hot air being drawn out.
To increase the bubble width, the exhaust rate should be reduced correctly, causing the bubble to inflate (by the extra intake air) to the right size. The opposite action is taken to reduce web width. To improve accuracy, a balancing valve located on the exhaust pass is added.
Since the width accuracy and stability depends on the calibrator cage diameter, it should be fixed to an optimum size.

The Sysmetric ABC does it all.
It uses ultrasonic sensors that measure the “frozen” bubble size, compensate for atmosphere changes, measure the cage diameter and bubble "pressure" on it (Gap). The cooling power and the bubble gap can be adjusted during production while maintaining good product.

Sysmetric ABC uses "Modeling" technique. This technique is the most advanced control method available on the market today. It can forecast changes that will affect the web and take proper actions on time.
The system properly controls the cage motor, the blowers and the air valve, allowing continuous changes of any parameter during line operation, gives a superior product and saves you money.
